a. Your leatherbound special editions will take a few more weeks than the regular hardbound editions. Be patient.

b.The "200mph Steamroller Sponsor/Sucker" polo shirts will go out with the books unless I give them to you in person first. Please advise immediately if you haven't given us your size, if you've gained or lost weight or need any additional shirts @ $35 ea. They're pretty neat, too!

c. Sponsors & advertisers have THEIR CHOICE of a regular hardbound or rare, limited-edition (but honestly cheaper) PREVIEW EDITION as their "beater copy" to actually read. Let us know what you want.
